Scope

This policy covers personal information collected through www.ainvento.com by AINVENTO Inc. (“Ainvento”, “we”). It does not cover data we process on behalf of clients under an engagement; that is governed by the contract with each client, and we act on their instructions.

What we collect

Only what you send us. When you request a briefing we collect your name, organization, role, work email, country and the description you write. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and we do not buy or receive personal information about visitors from third parties.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser and the page requested — to operate and secure the site. These are kept for a short period and are not used to identify visitors.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a briefing.
  • To keep a record of the request so a later conversation has its context.
  • To meet legal, audit and security obligations.

We do not use briefing requests for marketing lists, and we do not use them to train any model.

Where it is stored

Briefing requests are stored in a database hosted in Canada (Montréal, ca-central-1). We use three service providers to run this site:

  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
  • Supabase — database for briefing requests, hosted in Canada.
  • Resend — delivery of the notification email that tells our team a request has arrived.

Vercel and Resend may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under the law of that country. Each provider is bound by contract to process information only to deliver its service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep briefing requests for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless an engagement or a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
